
The meetings of the joint Jordanian-Egyptian land transport technical committee were concluded Tuesday in Amman.
Chairman of the Egyptian General Authority for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport (GARBLT) Adel Turk chaired the Egyptian side taking part in the meeting and represented the country in signing the meeting's minutes.
In statements,Turk said Egypt and Jordan are keen on keeping distinguished relations in all fields, particularly in the land transport sector.
He added that the two sides worked together to organize regulatory rules operating the land transport sector in the two countries, and find solutions for the convenience of citizens and carriers either from Egypt or Jordan in accordance with the rules and regulations applied in the two countries.
The committee also discussed all challenges facing the land transport sector between the two countries, Turk said.
