Egypt mufti lauds Saudi efforts in service of pilgrims

Egypt's Mufti Dr. Shawqi Allam has praised efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia to expand the Two Holy Mosques and upgrade services offered to pilgrims.
Those efforts are meant to facilitate hajj and umra rituals, Allam told Saudi Arabia's "Al Sharq Al Awsat" newspaper, out here Friday.
Saudi authorities have perfectly played their part where serving pilgrims is concerned, Allam noted.
