Chairman of Egypt's National Council of Human Rights (NCHR) Mohamed Fayek said there were plans to set up a coalition to fight incendiary speech and renounce violence and hate.
Speaking to MENA's correspondent here, Fayek said the coalition is planned to be formed between a number of human rights groups and the United Nations Commission on Human Rights (UNCHR).
Preparations have been ongoing for two years now for the coalition, he said.
Fayek said he is in Tunisia to attend a conference held under the sponsorship of the UNCHR on fighting hate speech on Monday and Tuesday.
