
The Egyptian consulate in Shanghai on Monday opened its doors to receive Egyptian expatriates willing to cast their ballots in the runoff of the first phase of the parliamentary elections.
Egypt's consulate has prepared the voting cards backed by the Foreign Ministry and the High Election Committee.
Egypt's Consul General in Shanghai Ambassador Khaled Youssef called on Egyptians to take part in the voting, asserting the importance of the move which is the third phase of Egypt's future roadmap plan.
The Egyptian consulate also released several statements to urge Egyptians to cast their ballots and practice their political and constitutional rights.
