The Foreign Ministry asserted on Tuesday that the reactions of some western countries and international organizations to court rulings issued recently against some of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood leaders are considered a flagrant interference in the judicial affairs.
A statement released by the Foreign Ministry said these countries overlooked the charges the defendants were facing, pointing out to murder, violence and terror.
These countries deliberately twist facts and overlook the fact that these rulings were issued by judicial bodies that gain confidence of the people and are fully independent, the statement said.
The Foreign Ministry urged these countries to focus on the best interests of their peoples instead of considering themselves as fosters of human rights worldwide.
