
Investment Minister Ashraf Salman opened Sunday Alexandria's investment services branch, development work of the general free zone's administrative building and other service buildings established on 36,000 square meters to serve Alexandria, Beheira and Matrouh governorates.
The minister said that the General Investment Authority in cooperation with the World Bank is working to prepare a data bank for state lands to collect all necessary data and information for various agricultural, industrial and real estate activities.
The minister inspected the new investment services complex building, established on 1,200 square meters and gathers 29 governmental bodies, including the transport, agriculture, health, tourism, real estate, commercial register and customs directorates.
The new complex aims to gather government services to make it easier for investors for completing required licenses from only one place.
