Yehia Kadri, first deputy head of the Egyptian National Movement Party, said we have to respect court ruling that found former president Hosni Mubarak not guilty.
In a press release on Sunday, Kadri condemned claims saying that the verdict means that Mubarak regime will return to power, asserting that no one can restore violations of the Mubarak era.
The statement also deplored those who questioned the judiciary's independence, saying that they are copying deposed president Mohamed Morsi who always questioned the judiciary and all other state institutions.
Earlier, Mubarak, his interior minister Habib el-Adly and six former security officials were found not guilty in the killing of 2011 protesters.
