
Prime Minister Ismail Sherif issued a decision to form a ministerial group for services on Sunday.
The ministerial group’s task will be laying down a plan to list the most important public services offered to citizens and carry out the plan in the field in all cities, local units and villages.
It will also study and work on achieving high accomplishment rates in developmental projects and coordinate among ministries represented in the group to resolve any environmental issues that could affect the projects.
It mainly aims to improve the standard of living and services provided to citizens.
The new ministerial group will be chaired by the prime minister with the membership of number of the ministers including the ministers of housing, supply, electricity, local development, higher education, health, environment, education, transport and petroleum .
The prime minister also abolished two previous decisions to form a coordinating committee for services.
