
Security bodies have launched security campaigns in a number of governorates to arrest outlaws and seize unlicensed weapons.
In Aswan, police arrested four persons over charges of forming a terrorist cell and partaking in terror acts.
The terrorists are accused of planting homemade bomb near a police building in the city.
In Qalyubia, 277 fugitives were arrested and 11 firearms were seized. As many as 734 traffic violations were registered.
In Beni Suef, four jobless persons were arrested with a quantity of drugs in their possession.
