
Police forces launched several campaigns nationwide to arrest outlaws, fugitives and holders of unlicensed weapons.
Seven takfiris were killed and 31 outlaws were arrested in North Sinai, while terrorist hotbeds were destroyed.
Also, a member of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group was arrested over charges of inciting violence against army and police personnel along with military and vital installations.
In Minya, 1306 traffic violations were recorded, 18 supply cases were filed and two drivers were nabbed for driving under the influence of drugs.
In Beni Suef, train movement has stopped for an hour after unidentified persons set fire to car tires on the railroad.
Meanwhile, three persons were killed and another was injured in two separate incidents in Beni Suef and the New Valley.
