
The Police Academy organized for the first time an expanded training session for the new graduates.
Attended by 1,094 new officers, the training session aimed at honing their skills ,practically and theoretically, and preparing them for assuming responsibility to be able to back their colleagues in facing the current challenges.
The two-week sessions were organized by the Police Academy's training and development college according to directions issued by Minister of Interior Magdi Abdel-Ghaffar.
Officers from the central security forces took part in training their new colleagues due to their vast experience in field work and crisis management.
The training also included some spiritual guidance from senior religious scholars, such as Minister of Awqaf Mokhtar Gomaa. This training focused on tackling extremism.
