Egypt's Mufti congratulates Abul-Gheit on Arab League chief post

Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam congratulated former foreign minister Ahmed Abul-Gheit on his appointment as the coming Arab League Secretary-General.
In a statement on Friday, the Mufti said Abul-Gheit is a veteran diplomat and an international diplomatic figure who is qualified for the post, especially at the current critical time of the history of Arab and Islamic nations, wishing him all the best.
