Electricity minister: Electrical circuits connected in Egypt

The Electricity and Energy Minister said the electrical circuits were connected.
Mohamed Shaker said power returned to some areas.
A huge power outage blacked out most of Cairo Thursday, causing major disruption across the capital.
Services at all metro lines returned after they were suspended on two the city's three metro lines.
