
The system of electronic signature and authentication of legal documents will be launched soon, said Thursday in Oran Minister of Justice, Tayeb Louh who stressed the need for special training for judges in this area.
The minister said at the installation ceremony of Mohamed Bekhkifi as Prosecutor at the Court of Oran, the system will come into force soon at four pilot courts, as part of the modernization of justice which fits with other aspects of the reform of the judiciary decided by the President of the Republic.
The system will be a revolution in the justice sector to improve public services for the benefit of citizens and allow them to withdraw the criminal record and certificate of nationality through internet, said Tayeb Louh.
This system will be extended to other legal documents required by the citizen to allow automatic exchange of legal documents between legal authorities and others.
In this regard, the Minister invited called on judges to undergo training on the new system provided by the department for the benefit of citizens, adding that judicial action requires good training.
