Embassy: Egypt support to Palestinians cornerstone

Palestinian Ambassador to Egypt Jamal al-Shobaki was quoted as saying that Egypt's support to the Palestinians is a cornerstone of their cause.
"We are currently facing much more pressures than before and without the support of the Egyptian side, the situation would be tougher," the embassy's spokesman Nagi Nagi quoted the ambassador as saying.
Nagi made his comments during a symposium held by MENA with a delegation of the Murabitun Authority in Al Quds.
Nagi paid tribute to MENA's coverage of the conditions in the Palestinian territories through its office in Ramallah.
