
The Federal Supreme Court, FSC, presided over by Judge Mohammed Al Jarrah Al Tinaiji, today heard the statements of four witnesses in the case of those accused of joining al-Nusra Front and Ahrar Al Sham Brigade.
The Court decided to adjourn the case to 30th September, to continue to hear the rest of the witnesses in the case at the request of the defence lawyers of the accused.
Eleven of the 15 accused men appeared before the court, and members of families of the accused, representatives of media and civil society organisations attended the hearing.
During the previous session, the Court confronted suspects with the laboratory technical report, containing electronic evidence including mobile phones and computers of the accused containing files, images and information.
