Ensour heads to Cairo to attend Islamic summit

Jordan Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour left for Cairo today to take part in an Islamic summit which will discuss a host of regional and pan-Islamic issues. The summit entitled, “The Islamic World: New Challenges and Development Opportunities”, opens on Wednesday. Ensour, deputizing for His Majesty King Abdullah II, is heading a delegation comprising Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh and Minister of Waqf and Islamic Affairs Abdul Salam Abbadi.
