Execution of legal rulings was based on Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah without discrimination

The General Secretariat of Muslim World League (MWL) has confirmed that the execution of legal rulings against whoever proves guilty of committing crimes according to the statement issued yesterday by the Ministry of Interior was based on the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah without any discrimination due to faith, race or nationality to achieve justice and security for citizens and expatriates in this holy county following the saying ordained by Allah Almighty: (The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.)
