
President of Federation of Arab Engineers (FAE) Dheya Tawfiqi on Saturday said the union is ready to support Egypt and its political leadership in its war against terrorism.
In statements to MENA ahead of an extraordinary meeting in Sharm el Sheikh, he asserted Arab engineers' sectors rejection to all sorts of terrorism targeting the region.
The meeting is held under the auspices of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail.
The union chose Sharm el Sheikh to hold its extraordinary meeting to express its support to Egypt in its war against terrorism and to underline that the city is safe and also to endorse all measures taken by the Egyptian government to confront terrorism.
