The Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah) on Tuesday hailed a speech, delivered by Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, in which he highlighted the Palestinian cause.
In statements, Fatah spokesman Osama Al-Qawasmi said the speech reflected Egypt's keenness on serving the best interests of the Palestinian people.
The speech also affirmed Sisi's eagerness on achieving peace and stability in the region, he added.
Ending the Israeli occupation and establishing a Palestinian state is the only way to achieve peace and stability in the region and the whole world, Qawasmi reiterated.
Fatah highly appreciated Sisi's stance highly considering the Palestinian national unity as a supreme national interest, he added.
The Fatah spokesman also commended efforts exerted by the Egyptian leadership on all regional and international levels in support of the Palestinians.
