Ten more Egyptians were injured in the car accident, he said, adding the Foreign Ministry was following up the issue.
A bus carrying pilgrims from different nationalities had an accident early in the day, leaving four people dead and 45 others injured.
Alfy said contacts are underway with Saudi authorities to finalize burial procedures of the Egyptian dead pilgrims.
He noted that three of the injured Egyptians were discharged from the hospital after their health condition improved.
