
Their Excellencies the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council will hold the 134th session of the GCC Ministerial Council in Riyadh next Thursday under the chairmanship of HE Qatar's Foreign Minister and Chairman of the current session Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, and in the presence of HE the GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
Al Zayani said in a statement that the GCC Foreign Minister will discuss several topics related to the GCC joint action, the Supreme Council's resolutions that were implemented, issues related to the strategic dialogues between the GCC countries and other countries and groups, and the reports submitted by the ministerial committees.
The Ministerial Council will also discuss the latest Arab, regional and international developments and its repercussions on the security and stability of the region, Al Zayani said, adding that the Yemeni crisis will be at the forefront of issues to be considered by the Foreign Ministers, in addition to the risk of terrorist threats to the security and stability of the region.
