
GCC Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani strongly condemned the killing of Egyptian hostages in Libya by Daaesh militants describing it as heinous terrorist crime showing the barbarity of their perpetrators and their violation of the true religion of Islam and its noble values.
The GCC Secretary-General called on the international community to intensify its efforts to combat Daaesh Organization in in Libya and other fanatical terrorist movements and destroy them before their terrorist crimes increase.
Dr. Al-Zayani expressed support for the leadership and people of Egypt over this ugly crime which shook the conscience of the Islamic and Arab peoples, expressing condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the brotherly Egyptian people.
