Hamad receives US ambassador

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received at Al-Safriya Palace US Ambassador Thomas Krajeski and reviewed strong historic relations bonding both countries and steadily-growing cooperation in all fields. HM the King affirmed Bahrain's keenness on promoting bilateral ties and boosting joint cooperation for the good of both countries and peoples. "The decades-long solid relations are based on mutual respect and joint coordination", HM King Hamad said, stressing Bahrain's resolve to foster unity, continue the march and promote democracy and comprehensive development. HM the King hailed the US for playing a pivotal role and backing the international efforts to maintain security and stability in the Arabian Gulf region. He also lauded the US cooperation with other countries to achieve global security and peace. The US ambassador paid tribute to HM the King, stressing his keen interest on bolstering cooperation.
