The Palestinian movement of Hamas warned against arresting its cadres in the occupied West Bank (WB).
In press statements on Monday, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said that the ongoing arrest campaigns will urge the movement to have a stance against it.
He called on the Arab parties and the Palestinian factions to shoulder its responsibility to halt what he described as an "eradication campaign" that targets the movement so as to avoid deterioration on the Palestinian arena.
Hamas accuses the security apparatuses, affiliated to the Palestinian Authority in the WB, of launching arrest campaigns against 250 of its members since July.
