Alexandria security forces dismantled on Wednesday a home-made bomb found near the Anfoushi Children Hospital, western the governorate.
The security forces prevented a disaster and saved hundreds of lives, a witness said, adding that the bomb was placed near oxygen cylinders storeroom.
An investigation was launched into the incident.
