
The House of Representatives - during Sunday's session under its Speaker Ali Abdel Aal - again mourned the victims of EgyptAir plane crash that was heading from Paris to Cairo on Thursday.
Addressing the lawmakers, Abdel Aal expressed condolences to EgyptAir employees over the death of its crew, underscoring the good reputation of the national Egyptian company.
He, further, called for supporting victims' families.
"We can't jump to conclusions in this regard, the parliament will take action after announcing the results," the speaker said.
Meanwhile, a minute of silence was observed during the session.
EgyptAir flight MS804 was en route from Paris to Cairo with 66 passengers and crew when it crashed in the early hours of Thursday.
