Houthis' national conference kicked off Friday in Yemen to search for a way out of the constitutional crisis that resulted from the resignation of President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and his government
Head of the Houthis' political council Saleh al Samad accused political forces of protecting corruption, attempting to monopolize power, and refusing partnership with the revolutionary forces to save the country.
The draft constitution was designed to destroy Yemen for the benefit of third parties, so it was necessary to take action to prevent tyranny and corruption, he claimed.
The Houthi official said that January 21 measures took place in specific and well thought to rectify the situation, but the president and his government resigned to extort the people's revolution.
He added that the three-day conference would come out decisive and historic decisions to deter person who presumes to stand up against the interests of the Yemeni people.
On Thursday, the outgoing Yemeni government of Prime Minister Khaled Bahah said that the Houthi militants were dragging the country into chaos.
