The Libyan Human Rights Commission blamed the international community for the chaos in Libya.
Also, it held the international community responsible for the crimes and human rights violations being committed in the country.
In a statement, the commission said the Libyan crisis could be solved by establishing a comprehensive dialogue bringing together all Libyan factions and clans with the aim of ending split among Libyans and stopping violent acts and the civil war.
The commission rejects all kinds of foreign intervention, asserting the unity and independence of Libya is a red line.
The outcome of the ongoing inter-Libyan dialogue brokered by the UN totally contradict with principles and standards of democracy and the rule of domestic and international law and respect for human rights, notably the right of self-determination and respect for the will of the peoples', the statement added.
