Daqahliya Governorate, north east of Cairo, and its directorate and public facilities have made intensive preparations before Eidul-Adha, upon the directives of its governor Omar el-Shawadfi.
El-Shawadfi said Saturday that the governorate and its operation room worked around the clock to provide the market with all necessary goods and foodstuffs with affordable prices for consumers.
He also noted that the government was keen on the availability of butane cylinders in the market for the household use.
The governor added joint campaigns of health, supply, and veterinary medicine would inspect the market to check whether the products are fit for human consumption or not.
