Interior Minister attends Conscript Day ceremony

Interior Minister Magdi Abdel Ghafar attended Conscript Day ceremony on Friday.

Several police and army top brass attended the ceremony during which security personnel presented several security exercises.

The attendees observed a moment of silence for victims, who sacrificed their lives for the country.

Abdel Ghafar saluted police and army martyrs, who will be etched in the history.

The minister praised the distinguished level of soldiers, thanking those who are in charge of training the soldiers. 

He extended thanks to Egypt's loyal youths, saying they assumed their responsibility and made great sacrifices for developing the nation.

The interior Ministry seeks to realize a quantum leap in security missions and public services, public, he said. 

He directed to continue development and update of training programs and plans and providing all potentials to cope up with challenges of the current stage to promote security performance levels.
