Interior Ministry: Police conscript injured during attempt to steal CIB bank at Sabteya

A police conscript was injured when unknown person tried to storm CIB bank at Cairo's district of Sabteya, said a reliable source at Interior Ministry's media center.
In a statement released late Tuesday, the source said an unknown person tried to break into the bank's glass door and opened a fire at the police conscript standing there, leaving him injured before he fled the scene.
Security bodies are currently checking the bank's surveillance cameras to identify the attacker, while the injured policeman was moved to hospital.
