
The Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science announced today that as part of the responsibility to protect public security, an investigation has been launched regarding the presence of a number of foreigners in Deraz village.
He said that a warrant was taken from the Public Prosecution and that the individuals were taken to the General Directorate’s headquarters where they were asked about their reasons for being in the village. They responded that they are university students and are learning the nations’ cultures. He said that legal procedures are being finalised.
