Iraqi intelligence official assassinated

Unknown assailants killed an intelligence official at the Iraqi Interior Ministry Tuesday using silenced weapons, as he passed on the highway linking the areas of Saidiya and Al Dawra south Baghdad. While 21 bodies of Iraqis who were living in Syria arrived at Al Waleed port-of-entry. The bodies were of Iraqis from different provinces, according to identity documents that were in their possession. They were killed in ongoing clashes between the Free Syrian Army and that of the regime in Aleppo, Latakia, Damascus, and Homs," a source at the Iraqi port said.
