Iraqi military jets dropped Tuesday flyers on residents of Mosul and Fallujah warning them about presence in areas near the so-called Daesh fighters.
According to the Iraqi news agency, the flyers included an Iraqi military media statement affirming that all IS HQs, bases and stores in the two cities would be destroyed within a few days.
Fierce battles against IS elements continued in northern and western Iraq for almost one year now. The Iraqi forces made achievements in Tikrit and Anbar, and was preparing to liberate Ramadi, Mosul and other areas now under the IS control.
