Iraqi President Fuad Masum probed Sunday with Petroleum Minister Jabbar al Luaibi a venture in the field of petroleum industries.
Masum affirmed the need of enhancing the measures taken by the Petroleum Ministry to address the impact of the fire set by Daesh terrorist group in the oil wells in Nineveh province.
Al Luaibi gave directives on Saturday to swiftly restore the oil facilities near Qayyarah, southern Mosul in Nineveh.
He further said that he asked the companies and bodies concerned in the ministry to restore Qayyarah refinery, pumping stations and wells affected from the fires set by Daesh.
