
The Islamic Relief Agency (IRA) has distributed relief materials among the rain and flood- affected citizens in Al-Salha area in Omdurman city.
In a statement to SUNA, the member of the committee for dealing with impacts of the flood and rains at the IRA, Awad Abdul-Zhafir, said that the convoy targeted 300 families at Al-Gaia area in Al-Salha, indicating that the work will continue to address the impacts of the floods and heavy rains within the campaign of environment sanitation, establishing bridge canals and opening the sewage as well as opening clinics for medical services, in collaboration with the people's committees at the area, donor organizations and the Hikma Organization for Health Care.
