Islamic scholar Mohammed Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdulrahman Sultan Al-Ulama today was named the Islamic Personality of the Year by the 20th Dubai International Holy Quran Award.
The award was founded in December 1998 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
