
Jordan condemned on Saturday the terrorist attack that targeted Egypt yesterday and voiced its full support to Egypt in confronting terrorism which targets the security, stability and safety of its army and citizens.
State Minister for Media Affairs and Communications Mohammad Momani voiced the Kingdom's condemnation of the terrorist attack in the Sinai peninsula that killed and left injured dozens of military personnel.
Momani said Jordan rejects all forms of violence and terrorism that target Egypt no matter what their source and motives are, stressing the Kingdom's support to the Egyptian government and the people in confronting terrorism.
The minister also urged all Arab and Islamic nations as well as the international community to stand united against extremism and terrorism everywhere, especially in our region.
He also conveyed condolences of the Jordanian government to Egypt and the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
