
Interior Minister Hussein Majali met on Monday withOmani Ambassador to Jordan Khamis Al Farisi to discuss ways of boostingcooperation between the two countries in various fields.Majali highlighted the strong ties between the two countries and called for buildingon these ties in the interest of both the peoples.On the Syria crisis, he said its repercussions are affecting all vital sectors in theKingdom, stressing the need to find a comprehensive political solution thatpreserves the country’s unity.The ambassador hailed the Kingdom’s stance towards the crisis in Syria despite theeconomic and security challenges it is facing and called for supporting the Kingdomto enable it to continue playing its role towards the refugees.
