
Jordanian Interior Minister Salamah Hammad stressed Jordan's support to efforts that aim at achieving peace and stability in Yemen, Jordanian News Agency (Petra) reported.
During a meeting with Yemeni Interior Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Hussein Arab, Hammad also affirmed Jordan's keenness to forge closer ties with Arab countries, and unify stances to address the challenges facing the Arab nation.
The two ministers reviewed means to boost cooperation between the two countries in the security field, and facilitate the process of granting visas to Yemenis willing to visit Jordan for treatment, education and tourism.
The meeting also tackled ways to activate security agreements between the two countries.
