Jordanian Chief Tawfiq Tawalbeh meets Omani envoy

The Director of the Public Security Department (PSD), General Tawfiq Tawalbeh, discussed on Saturday bilateral relations with the Omani Ambassador to Jordan, Khamis Al Farisi.
Al Farisi, accompanied by Major General Salim bin Musallam bin Ali Qattan, also discussed with Tawalbeh ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of exchanging expertise.
Tawalbeh said that the PSD's expertise is at the service of Arab countries. It also provides training programs to impart PSD's knowledge and experience in the fight against crime, terrorism and extremism.
The Omani delegation expressed admiration of the advanced level achieved by the PSD and also appreciated training programs offered to officers that enriched their professional and practical performance, stressing that this advanced level will further help ensure even better cooperation.
