
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al-Fayez, along with the chairman of Jordan Federation of Tourism Associations (JFOTA) Michael Nazzal and a number of private sector tourism representatives, discussed Wednesday the efforts to promote this pivotal field.
During the meeting, Al-Fayez said that a series of steps need to be taken in coordination with the private sector in order to promote tourism in Jordan in order to make the Kingdom a key destination for tourists and pave the way for this sector in the interest of the country.
Nazzal expressed private sector's desire to collaborate with the ministry of tourism, assuring that the aim of the cooperation is to serve the public interest.
