King of Jordan receives congratulatory cables

His Majesty King Abdullah II on Thursday received cables of congratulations from senior officials on the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the Arabisation of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF). The King received cables from the Prime Minister, Senate President , Speaker of the Lower House of the Parliament, President of the Judicial Council, Chief Justice, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, directors of Public Security, General Intelligence, Civil Defense, and Gendarmerie departments and director of the Economic and Social Association of retired Servicemen and Veterans. The officials recalled the historic decision which was taken by His Majesty the late King Hussein and was a turning point in the history of Jordan.
