King of Morocco reiterates necessity of peaceful solutions in Yemen

Mohammed VI of Morocco asserted on Thursday that finding solutions for the crises in Arab countries is necessary for peaceful coexistence of its people.

Addressing the nation on the 16th anniversary of his enthronement, the king stressed the Palestinian cause is the real reason behind all extreme and terror acts in the Middle East.

He repeated support to the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate right of establishing a sovereign state on the 1967's border lines.

The king added he is keen to strengthen Morocco’s partnership with the EU especially France and Spain.

Also, he noted strategic ties with the US. Rabat works on developing its connections with Washington out of their mutual respect and friendship.

He reiterated Morocco’s commitment to deepening and enriching its partnerships with Russia and China as part of its endeavors to diversify its foreign relations
