"
The statement noted: "Today negotiation tour is the first between the two sides and was overwhelmed by positive atmosphere and agreement, and it will be followed by further meetings after the return of the Kurdish delegation from Arbil, which is expected to leave today to discuss the meeting with the Kurdish leadership and return in the same day to complete the negotiations with the rest of the blocs and political forces. "
