
Kuwait Ambassador to Lebanon Abdulal Al-Qenae condemned the "terrorist" attack that rocked a suburb in southern Beirut on Tuesday killing and injuring innocent civilians. "This is a deplorable attack that aims at undermining security and stability in Lebanon," Al-Qenae told KUNA over the attack that Haret Hraik area. He reiterated Kuwait's support to Lebanon and its people in "these difficult circumstances." He called on the Lebanese peole to be united and vigilent in the face of these "criminal acts." Al-Qenae extended condolences of families of the five persons who were killed in the attack, and wished speedy recover for more than 35 people injured in the assault.
