Addressing the 76th session of the UN General Assembly, the Deputy Permanent delegate of Kuwait to UN Abdulaziz Al-Jarallah said that even though 20 years have passed since the start of discussions aimed at increasing the membership of the Security Council and improving its methods of action, as well as several proposals submitted in this respect,” this issue continues to stumble, thus its tackling would require political will to harmonize views to reach the aspired goal.”
