Kuwait will support future Egyptian president

Kuwait will support the future President of Egypt, the onewho the Egyptian people will choose in the election, said Kuwaiti InformationMinister and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Humoud Al-Sabah here late Thursday.Sheikh Salman Al-Humoud told the press after the conclusion of the 45th ordinary session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers that it was important forEgyptians to execute their reformation roadmap for the country to move forward,noting that Kuwait will support every step that brings peace and stability for Egyptians.In regards to the satellite project aimed at delivering the Arab public opinion toworld, Sheikh Salman said that the channel was to be launched via the internet andnot satellite service, indicating that the channel would provide video and radiobroadcasting services.The minister affirmed that Arab media outlets should unite and cooperate to face the global challenges. The meeting for the Arab Information Ministers called forpromoting and reinforcing Arab media cooperation to meet challenges the Arabregion is facing amid recent political changes.
