Kuwaiti emir congratulates al-Ghanim on wining Arab parliamentary award

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable Thursday to the National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim to congratulate him on winning the Arab Parliamentary Excellence Award in recognition of his efforts to lead the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) to remarkable success in serving Arab causes.
In his cable, His Highness the Amir said this honoring reflects the Arab lawmakers' huge respect and appreciation of Al-Ghanim and their recognition of his efforts to serve the Arab interests and boost joint Arab action.
His Highness the Amir wished Al-Ghanim more success to serve the dear homeland and better represent it at regional and international institutions and events.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar congratulatory cables to Al-Ghanim.
